Diplomas

National Diplomas

These courses give students the qualification they need for finding employment or to go on to university. Each course is equivalent to three ‘A’ levels.

First Diplomas

First Diplomas provide a knowledge base for a range of careers and develop students’ skills and the personal qualities needed in all aspects of working life. You would study one of the courses for one year and then progress to the National Diploma course or to employment

Introductory Diplomas

These are one year courses and a better choice if your GCSEs are mostly at grades F or G. This course allows you to test out a career area before making a choice for the next level, which could be the First Diploma or employment.
