These courses look at a range of topics for those wishing to work in the field of Business and Administration. You will gain an insight into the business sector and develop applied knowledge and practical skills in business administration, retail and customer service sectors. Examples of topics studied include:
- Understanding skills essential to the business industry
- Insight into the business sector
- Developing effective communication skills
- Working with others
- Problem-solving
- Managing Information
- Self-management and personal development
You will complete a variety of written units which will be assessed in class by your teacher, but there are no exams for this course. This course is based at our Adult Learning Centre on Moseley Road, Birmingham.
