This course looks at a range of topics that prepare you to become a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Worker, including:
- Child Development
- Effective Communication with Children
- Understanding Equality and Diversity
- Safeguarding
- Understanding School Structures
There are no exams for this course, but there will be classroom-based written assessments. For the Certificate, you will be expected to secure a placement in a School or College.
