Equality and Diversity at JCC

“Valuing each individual and respecting our differences.”

At Joseph Chamberlain College, we believe in equal opportunities for all staff and students. We are committed to making our college a better place for all who walk through our doors to learn. Equality is essential to us, and we ensure every student and member of staff is treated fairly, with dignity and respect, regardless of their age, ability, ethnicity, gender identity, religion, or sexual orientation. We challenge all forms of discrimination and prejudice.
