Email Address Registration for Parents/Carers

At JCC, we firmly believe that students make better progress if their parents/carers are kept up to date with how they’re getting on. To help improve the communication between us, the college, and you, the parent/carer, we kindly ask you to register your email address with us. Once you have registered with your email address, we will:

• Give you direct access to our parent/carer information system – Parent ProPortal – so that you can monitor the attendance, punctuality, and progress of your child.
• Send you daily/weekly emails detailing the register marks for your child’s lessons.
• Send you an electronic copy of the Parental Newsletter on a regular basis which will contain key information about our college.
• Give you access to a number of Parental Live Chats, giving you an opportunity to ask general questions about our college.
