Dear parents and carers,
I wanted to put some information together for you to help you understand you child’s next step when it comes to university.
Some of you may have come across this before with elder children, however, for many of you, this is the first time you will have encountered this, therefore the whole process can seem a bit daunting.
Please do not worry, myself and the team of personal progress tutors are here to help your son/daughter along the way.
We also work very closely with our academic learning coaches who will support your child with writing their personal statement, and teachers help provide curriculum information to put in their reference.
If your son/daughter is not sure about what university or course they want to study, or whether university is the right choice for them at all, the college can provide support and advice in the form of our career’s adviser. She is available throughout the year to talk through all available options so that your child can make the most informed and best decision on their future.
The below information will take you through the UCAS application process step by step, however, should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate in getting in touch with your child’s personal progress tutor, or myself.
