Birmingham Ethnic Education Advisory Service (BEEAS)

We work together with BEEAS to provide ESOL classes for women in South Birmingham. Founded in 1984, the Birmingham Education and Advisory Service (BEEAS) aims to improve the life chances of some of the most disadvantaged communities in the city. In conjunction with Joseph Chamberlain College, BEEAS:

• Organises and delivers English as a Second Language classes
• Provides guidance and advice on education and training matters
• Makes people more employable and proves access to training
• Provides opportunities for gaining qualifications and further professional development
• Signposts services for the community
• Promotes health and wellbeing programmes
