Birmingham Theatre School

Here at Joseph Chamberlain College, we run BTEC Performing Arts courses in association with The Birmingham Theatre School.

The school was founded in 1942 at The Old Rep Theatre – the first repertory theatre in the world. Through the years, the school has embraced the long-standing philosophy of quality production and accessibility for all of its students. The school is housed within The Old Fire Station (just a few hundred yards from Joseph Chamberlain College) which provides a centralised hub for all the school’s rehearsal and production needs.
