Over Summer we had teams of builders, painters and tradespeople working hard to complete Social Street. It has been fantastic to see everybody’s hard work pay off, and to see the reactions of our new students.
Over the last week we have seen all four areas in action, running perfectly alongside the distancing measures we have in place. With twice as much space as before, neon signs, booths, coffee tables, and spectacular murals by Gent48.
The new space is perfect for our return. The increased seating means we have been able to space the tables and limit capacities to keep our students safe and comfortable.
The new artwork covering the walls looks even better than we ever imagined. Watch the video below to see how Gent48 brought Social Street to life in a matter of days.
Thank you to everybody who has been involved in the creation of Social Street. JCC looks bigger, brighter and better than ever.
