When studying one of our Adult Learning or Higher Education courses, you may wish to find nearby student accommodation. Birmingham has a variety of flats, houses and rooms in owners’ homes spread across the city and surrounding areas. There is no shortage of accommodation in the area so there is no need to panic about not finding anywhere to live. We would strongly advise you to take your time to find accommodation and not rush in to anything.
When looking for accommodation, the College advises that students rent only accredited properties. The landlords of accredited properties have agreed to abide by a landlord’s Code of Conduct.
These are the main areas that students choose to live when moving to the private sector as they are close to the College and offer a wide range of attractive facilities for students.
