JCC‘s Outstanding Feedback from Parents & Carers

Joseph Chamberlain College is thrilled to announce the exceptional feedback received from its 2023/2024 Parent & Carer Survey.

These survey results highlight the college’s unwavering commitment to working alongside parents & carers, keeping them involved every step of the way while providing a supportive and enriching educational environment for its students.

Key statistics from the survey include:

• 95% of parents agreed that the college’s Open Days provided them with the information to make decisions on their son/daughter’s choice of college.
• Over 90% of parents stated that they have received information regarding their son/daughter’s progress at college.
• Almost all parents would recommend the college to friends and family.

Parents and carers also provided glowing comments such as:

• “It’s been a pleasure to have my daughter attend your college. Keep up the outstanding work!”
• “Overall, the college is amazing in supporting my child’s educational needs.”
• “I am very happy that my son is at this college. The staff are extremely helpful and supportive. I would highly recommend this college as it is an excellent choice.”
• “My daughter has had good support here, and soon my son will be attending too. Communication is good between students and tutors. I am pleased with how the college keeps us parents well informed. I do feel staff are approachable, and I would not hesitate to contact the college if I were to have any concerns about my child.”
