The V Level in Digital Systems and Data develops students’ understanding of how digital systems operate, how data is collected, managed and used to inform decision-making, and how digital solutions are designed to meet user and organisational needs. Learners gain practical and applied knowledge of digital technologies, data analysis, digital innovation and contemporary digital industries, providing progression to higher education, apprenticeships and careers across the digital sector.

Assessment can include written, practical and on-screen assessment activities, with students achieving grades from A* to E, alongside Pass and Ungraded outcomes.
